We are expanding and looking to add Mixing/Blender Operators to our team! This position includes a $2,500 sign on bonus ($500 paid at 90 days/$1000 paid at 6 months/$1,000 paid at 1 year.) Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus shift differential for third shift.

Education and/or Experience Must be able to read and write, perform basic arithmetic, follow written instructions from batch tickets and record detailed operational setting information. Previous work history in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to interact with other employees.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to convert pounds to metric units.
Reasoning Ability Able to solve problems involving a variety of concrete variables in limited standardized diagram or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Forklift experience required
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/arm to reach and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
