We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team to success!Job DutiesEnsure production of quality parts at the lowest possible cost while adhering to production standards.Re-enforce adherence to standards (QCPs, policies and procedures, etc.) through coaching and routine follow up.Ensure compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements.Follow MOS Principals supplied by management.Follow, enforce and support 5S principles.Score favorably in compliance audits of MOS Overall Utilization Assessment.Assign and execute daily and weekly production schedule.Communicate/document with employees on performance; assist employees in achieving performance expectations.Perform midyear & annual employee performance reviews.Complete Corrective Actions to improve area.Resolve performance/disciplinary issues with employees in coordination with the Human Resources.QualificationsMust be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 2-4 months of employment or have the credentials i.e. A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant) to supervise any maintenance activityAssociate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredFour (4) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and/or equivalent combination of education and experiencePractical knowledge of aircraft components, machining, welding, inspection, and related disciplinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills; including Excel, PowerPoint etcMust be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writingSix Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt preferredJoin a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
