We are expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Bar Operations Manager to oversee our bar locations.

Job Overview: As the Regional Bar Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple bar locations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational efficiency. You will work closely with bar managers and staff to maintain high standards of service, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple bar locations within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor bar managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Report to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bar or restaurant management, preferably in a multi-location or regional role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region.
