Shaker's CDJR is looking for a General Sales Manager ready to take the next step to
becoming General Manager. We will train and send the right candidate to NADA Academy. If this sounds like you, please apply!

Our Dealership requires a hands-on General Sales Manager to implement and maintain effective, profitable sales processes for the New and Pre-owned departments. We need an energetic and outgoing personality to help bring our team to the next level.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
• Working directly with our BDC on all internet leads
• Appraise vehicles using predictive analytics
• Ability to train and motivate sales team
• Ability to assist sales consultants in processing or completing sales
• Knowledge of product and promotional information
• Ability to communicate knowledge of product and promotional information to sales team
• Ability to conduct sales analyses, comparing sales performance with current sales goals
• Ability to appropriate display vehicles at the retail facility
• Leadership skills of delegation, empowerment, coaching, organizing, planning, and interpersonal sensitivity

Must have car business experience in this role. Must have a proven track record of being hands on and successful.

- ADP/CDK experience a plus.
