What you will do...the key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the selection process
  • Supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain personnel records and databases locally for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in the implementation of employee development programs and training initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding P&C policies, benefits, and other related issues
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment processes, changes, and inquiries.
  • Provide support during the annual benefits renewal process and communicate updates to employees.
  • Support P&C projects and initiatives as assigned by the HBP across region
  • Assist with the update and maintenance of the Document Management System/Record Management System
  • Support travel arrangements for employees (flights, accommodations, and transportation) through 3rd party platform booking system
  • Provide administrative support to the P&C department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
  • Coordinate the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences as needed
  • Manage general office requirements maintaining safe, clean, and operational standards,
  • Undertake the ordering of office supplies with responsibility for management of stock levels.
  • Coordinate freight/parcel deliveries to Adelaide offices.
  • Maintain distribution and contact lists as up to date.
  • Consult with providers and suppliers for building / office improvement and maintenance.

Who you are ...

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, with proficiency in travel coordination and office administration
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours or weekend work related to travel coordination or urgent HR matters

Desirable; French / Spanish communication skills
