Requires current license for the state in which the hospital or clinic is located (WI or IL). Two years experience in a hospital or clinic; experience in an adult/pediatric setting preferred. Minimum Job Requirements Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Currently registered with the State of Wisconsin Registry as an LPN. Current CPR certification – Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross. Education Graduate of LPN program Experience Experience with pediatric patients preferred. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision. Ability to work with a diverse patient population to promote a culturally competent environment. Travel to all Urgent Care locations required. Ability to work daytime, evenings, weekend, and holiday hours. Electronic Health Record proficiency preferred. Proficient in the Microsoft Windows environment. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills necessary to work independently in a fast paced multi-functioned department. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to assist patients, parents, and providers, and other staff.
