Job OverviewProvide data analysis and support for NAVWAR to execute management efforts. Data Analysts provide a broad range of technical support that may include collecting, constructing and analyzing data sets, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting and resolving issues. May utilize scripting and querying tools like Python, R, or SQL, data visualization/BI tools statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files and dashboards.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Job Functions:
- Work with team to develop analytic queries for report metrics and data insights.
- Work with data and other analyst to address requirements through performing data analysis.
- Work with workflow metrics, dashboards, and reports to lead data driven management.
- Developing process level workflow dashboards.
- Analysis of data related to billing, spending, utilization metrics to determine trends, thresholds, alerts, issues, problems, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Chugach IT Services PM & Project Leads, Project Leads, and Commands to achieve the goal of the project.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Consulting with the customer and working group to resolve any complex problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of professional experience within this industry. Or
- Substitution of a bachelor’s degree in business or information technology or IT related field and six (6) years of additional relevant work experience. Or
- Substitution of an associate degree plus four (4) years of additional relevant working experience.
- Requires Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification as outlined by DOD 8570
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple disparate sources and building visualizations and dashboards to report insights.
- Experience reading, interpreting, writing, modifying, and executing scripts, macros, and functions.
- Experience manipulating and cleaning large, disparate datasets for bulk analysis to identify connections.
- Able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
- Current active SECRET clearance and/or base access to a government facility is required.
