Role Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Systems management - Responsible for all new sku requests, Agile projects & Clarity submissions which includes end-to-end systems management and coordination with a large cross functional team across key marketing projects (i.e.: displays, kits, packaging updates & marketing assets)
- Budget - Assist with invoice processing needs across the brand
- Sampling – Support forecasting, budgeting and logistics
- Digital shelf – Support Salsify implementation & management, review syndication and Retailer.com audits
- Campaigns – Executional support for legal prep work and cultural moment campaigns
- Ad hoc - Additional duties as assigned based on business needs
- Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in an assistant or project planning role.
- Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and experienced in working in database like systems.
- Planner with high detail orientation, collaborative worker and effective communicator across a large team.
- Able to adapt well to change, thrive in high ambiguity environments, and excited to work in a high growth, fast paced category.
- Open to remote
