**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with exceptional management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance - Implement and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability - Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team - Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in the restaurant industry with expertise in POS systems, kitchen operations, and Aloha POS - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees - Knowledge of catering and banquet operations is a plus - Proficient in shift management, kitchen management, and inventory control Join our team as a General Manager and lead our restaurant to new heights of success!
