Objective :

The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering / leading a culture of hospitality for gatherings at their Crosspoint location.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop a culture of hospitality on Sunday mornings and special events (Child Dedication, etc.)
• Ensure the system for capturing First Time Guests is happening, and help them take the next steps in getting connected with Crosspoint.
• Recruit, prepare, equip, and encourage the Guest Experience Team at your campus.
• Run point on scheduling your serve team on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the lobby, worship auditorium, and parking lot areas.
• Provide coaching and leadership for Guest Experience serve team and team leaders.
• Effectively steward the budget and all resources related to your ministry.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Guest Experience Director or the Campus Pastor.

Requirements :

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position that primarily works Sunday through Thursday, with varying hours.

Work Environment

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment, in addition to the community.

Physical Demands

This role is primarily a sedentary role, but some activity is required surrounding event set up and execution.
