REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of payroll and timekeeping systems experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and WorkForce Software
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally and show strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Strong MS Excel spreadsheet knowledge
• Excellent communication skills including written and oral communications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with emphasis on technology, business, or related field
• Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee & process payrolls timely and accurately. Be the main point of contact for locations to drive payroll completion. Solve day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity.
• Interpret pay policies (e.g. Paid Time Off, Leave of Absence, garnishments, terminations, etc.) to ensure proper processing, payment, and reporting.
• Support payroll, finance and HR teams by designing reports that improve efficiency and data integrity. Provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Conduct routine system audits and validation of data to ensure compliance and system reliability.
• Analyze and continuously identify the needs of operations, HR, and payroll with the goal of supporting organization goals, policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
• Prepare test scenarios and perform testing as new rules and functionality arise, adhering to applicable internal policies for documentation of test results
• Contribute to user training and documentation, including the development of training materials
• Monitor the status of all time clocks and serve as primary contact to resolve issues
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure service levels are met and that system updates are implemented seamlessly
• Backup to other members of the team as necessary
