Position Details
We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our Sales Conversion Department as an Home Loan Assistant (HLA) to Steve Collins.
As the HLA to Steve Collins, your main role will involve aiding both new and existing clients in the initial stages of the home buying or selling process. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are motivated, organized, and thrive in a team-oriented setting, we would love for you to be part of our growing team.
Some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is humble, hungry, and smart, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required. We value teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time, in-office position with varying shifts that may include evenings and weekends. Candidates should have moderate to proficient experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Must be able to pass a criminal history information background check. Other duties may be applicable as business needs may dictate and as assigned by management. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Compensation
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.28 to start, with a potential bonus program after six months.
