**Qualifications:**

* Completed high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited body.

* Demonstrates professional, courteous, and effective communication skills.

* Prefer Experience in customer relations.

* May need to travel between the 3 facilities.

**Schedule:**

* 60% (48 hours in a 2 week pay period)

* Will work Thursday, Friday and then the following Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

**Essential Job Duties:**

Hospitals and Wellness Centers is seeking a friendly and customer service oriented individual to join our organization as a Guest Service Associate. The Associate will serve as an important and welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors during their visit at our healthcare facility. The Associate will ensure that employees, visitors and patients are screened appropriately and directed or assisted to their destination. The Associate must be skilled in customer service, have a contagious and positive work ethic and model the behaviors of Genuine, Caring, and Friendly. Associates must have a positive attitude, and be able to provide clear directions to all who enter the building. Will perform surveillance and monitoring of cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of our facilities and work to keep our facilities in top shape. Some computer and technology knowledge will be required. The ability to solve problems is essential. These basic duties listed in no way encompass all responsibilities.
