At TWG, Graphic Designers are responsible for pitching, planning, creating, designing, and editing campaigns large and small. With 16 brands targeting B2B and DTC customers, a TWG Graphic Designer must understand brand clarity and separation.
As we redesign and rebrand several TWG products and brands, the most curious, experimental, and momentum-driven designers will excel in our growing design department. The bigger the auto enthusiast, the more a designer can influence the success of our brands, however, all skills and talents will determine a candidate’s compatibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Full Design Process: Email, web, social, packaging, apparel, print, advertisement, promo, environmental graphic, and event design.
• Capturing and editing in-house photography, studio renders, and environmental stills. Scouting and attending on-location photo shoots as needed.
• Capturing and editing in-house product videos (high volume, low production).
• Design new concepts for email headers that translate to print flyers, web banners, social posts and more brand touchpoints.
• Participate in moderate to complete rebranding projects, as well as brand extensions (YouTube videos, apparel design and social presence).
• Create and maintain brand assets such as logos, templates and style guides.
• Collaborate and strategize with multiple departments on the creative needs and tactics that will accomplish agreed-upon objectives by the target audience.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video content.
• Develop/expand brand mood boards and maintain a catalog of design inspiration.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Required: Bachelor’s/4-year degree
• Required: Link to design/photography portfolio(s)
• Experience: 3 – 5 years
• HubSpot: Comprehensive understanding of designing emails and drafting copy.
• Web Design: Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace and/or various template sites.
• Software: Multiple years of experience with Asana, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite
• Media Capture: Experienced photographer (or videography) with “on-trend” editing capabilities.
• Bonus Experience: BrandFolder, Sony Alpha cameras, DJI/GoPro cameras, After Effects/Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, CapCut, Milanote, Mindmeister, Pinterest or Wix Studio.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Powered by Microsoft: Teams, Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
• Working conditions are that of a standard office environment.
• In-house design with full access to photo/video equipment.
• Access to the warehouse for new product retrieval, storage, or photoshoots.
• Headphone friendly (and needed for weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams).
