What you will do:

  • Grow our business by prospecting and signing on new customers in Central America and Caribbean region.
  • Prospecting, through cold calling and in-person visits.
  • Create, manage and develop client portfolio.
  • Manage Sales lifecycle through to successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Organize meetings / visits to new clients. Preparation and monitoring of proposals.
  • Sales Pipeline planning, generation and management.
  • Identify and manage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for managed customer portfolio.
  • Help develop jointly the commercial strategic plan to achieve growth objectives.


What we are looking for:

  • Completed Bachelor´s Degree. (Business Management, Economics)
  • 4 years of proven experience in selling B2B IT Business Solution Platforms (Consultative selling, Cloud Based, API, Data , Risk, Customer and Supplier Management driven)
  • Strong ‘Hunter’ profile, negotiation and closing skills, results oriented.
  • Experience working with Central America and the Caribbean a strong plus.
  • Spanish mother tongue, advanced English level.
  • CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, to C suite executives.
