 Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, corporate and partnership tax

returns in compliance with federal and state tax laws.

 Calculation and preparation of personal and business estimated Federal and

State tax payments.

 Developing tax and financial strategies and implementing them accordingly.

 Communicate with clients and staff to ensure timely deliverable reviews of

financial statements with a focus on tax law compliance and profit

maximization.

 A strong commitment to professional education and remaining current with

the business environment and tax law changes.

 Assist/supervise junior staff as necessary.

 Interpret, investigate, prepare and respond to correspondence from the IRS

and other Taxing Agencies.
