CIBR Warriors is Hiring a MS Teams Engineer Near Bethesda, MD

CIBR Warriors is looking for an experienced MS Team Engineer for a long term contract in the Government space. ***No sponsorship is available for this role***

***This role requires a Public Trust certification***

Junior Teams Voice Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our voice communication systems, including VoIP, unified messaging, and teleconferencing. Focus for this role will be to support a federal enterprise-wide migration from Skype for Business to MS Teams.

•The Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer is familiar with telecommunication technologies and has experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell.

•Able to deploy and configure Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing,

•Manage Teams-certified devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration.

•Collaborates with telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features in Microsoft Teams and works with administrators for other workloads, including networking, identity, licensing, security, and compliance.

•Familiar with Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams Migration.

•Provide Tier 2 technical support for voice-related issues, and maintain voice communication systems, including VoIP, unified messaging, and teleconferencing.

•Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and IM&P.

•Develop and maintain voice network documentation, diagrams, and procedures.

•Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve voice communication system issues, including routing, quality, capacity, and security issues.

•Collaborate with network and system engineers to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of our voice communication systems.

•Participate in planning and implementing upgrades and migrations of voice communication systems.

•Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends related to voice communication systems.
