Cicis® is searching for energetic team members to join our fast-paced, fun environment. As a team member/cashier, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional Cicis® experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and answer any questions they may have about our menu.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Ensure the dining area and restaurant are clean and well-stocked.
• Assist other team members with tasks as needed to create a smooth operation.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary, experience is preferred -but a willingness to learn is a must!
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
