We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a quick service fast food restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café. Duties

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and addressing concerns.
- Prepare food and ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS to process transactions and manage orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and promotions to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

- Experience in food service and familiarity with quick service fast food restaurants.
- Strong cash handling and retail math skills.
- Proficiency with cash registers and Aloha POS systems.
- Ability to prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
