Job Title: Administration Supervisor/Manager

Summary: The Administration Supervisor/Manager at CIG Solar Manufacturing (CSM) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization. This role ensures efficient office operations, manages administrative staff, and supports various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Oversee office maintenance and supplies, ensuring a well-organized and functional work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide administrative support as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions and monitor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative management role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
