Are you a skilled and experienced Corporate Paralegal with a passion for legal excellence? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team full-time. What we're looking for:
* A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience considered.
* At least 3 years of solid experience in a corporate law department or similar setting required.
* Experience in entity formation and maintenance is essential, covering both Colorado and other state jurisdictions.
* Prefer someone with experience in contract review, editing, and drafting.
* You should be capable of analyzing statutes and regulations at the State, Local, and Federal levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
* Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail are non-negotiable.
* Are you interested in working with non-profit organizations that make a difference both locally and internationally? You'll love this job!
* Are you comfortable collaborating with different divisions of a business? That's a big plus.
* Any experience in real estate transactions, like dealing with deeds, leases, and purchase agreements, would be a fantastic bonus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll be doing:
* Get hands-on with the formation of LLCs and other business entities.
* Take charge of preparing and reviewing legal documents, from leases to vendor agreements.
* Keep our legal files and databases shipshape.
* Assist during real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is spot-on.
* Stay ahead of the curve with changes in law and industry trends.
