Duties:

• The position requires driving responsibility.
• Candidates must live within a 120-mile radius of the below location and be willing and able to travel within this radius.

• Benefit Educator will work as a trusted and knowledgeable representative of Express Scripts at a client's location for their benefit fair.
• As such, the benefit educator will be responsible for understanding member plans and answering questions according to the training received.
• The benefit educator will also be responsible for confidently and professionally servicing the members, clients, and other key relationships of ***** during the event.
• Individuals must attend an annual training provided by ***** to learn more about the industry, the organization, and the role the individual will play when attending the benefit fair
• Individuals must also attend comprehensive training with the account team initially, ongoing as needed

Skills:

Candidate Requirements

• PBM/Healthcare Experience a plus
• Previous Benefit Fair experience preferred
• Professional attire and demeanor are required
• Proactively greet and assist attendees as they visit the booth, distributing flyers and other promotional information
• Must live local to the geographic area - Will need to be willing to travel within the geographic market to cover events, possibly overnight
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willing to work on an as-needed basis (including occasional last-minute requests)

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to professionally and knowledgeably interact with people regarding their pharmacy benefit
• Individuals should be able to confidently speak in front of small groups, provide presentations as needed, and have sales ability
• Comfortable asking probing questions to identify the needs and expectations of people at the fair site

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
