s - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on wound management and prevention strategies - Perform physical examinations to assess overall patient health status - Utilize IV insertion skills when necessary for wound treatments - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately in medical systems Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required - Active RN license with Wound Care Certification preferred - Previous experience in wound care nursing, preferably in settings such as home care or memory care - Proficiency in aseptic technique and wound assessment - Knowledge of dermal fillers and their impact on wound healing is a plus - Strong understanding of senior care principles and practices Skills: - Home care expertise - Memory care knowledge - PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience - HIPAA compliance proficiency - Aseptic technique mastery - IV insertion capability - Physical examination skills - Senior care understanding - Familiarity with medical systems for documentation We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional development within our healthcare organization.
