Cillessen & Sons, Inc. (CSI) is a family-owned and operated traffic control and pavement marking company based in Kechi, KS. CSI is fast-growing and works tirelessly to improve and increase our capacity to better serve our customers. We are seeking an Estimating Administrator to fill a full-time position. This is a broad position that will work closely with our estimating and operations departments. 

Key Responsibilities

· Print and file plan sets as needed for bidding.

· Populate bidding spreadsheet with necessary plan quantities. 

· Assisting in office organization, printing plans, completing material certifications

· Organize bidding opportunities and corresponding plan holders

· Populate tracking software for bids going out and win/loss ratios

Qualifications

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

· Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· You must be self-motivated and task oriented.

· Able to learn new computer functions

· Able to hit the ground running every day. No two days in our business are alike.
