Position Summary
CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a fulltime Service Contract Coordinator in our Duncan office.
The Service Contract Coordinator is responsible for managing service contract budgets, scheduling, creating contract document binders, and ensuring efficient operations within the CSA operations. This role involves liaising with technicians, clients, and vendors to maintain high service delivery standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, execution, and renewal of service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordination: Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair jobs, optimizing routes and resources.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, contract details, and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service contracts, work orders, and customer interactions in the company database.
- Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery and address operational challenges.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on service performance, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in HVAC or other service coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
