Position Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of fixed-price service projects by coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members. This position plays a crucial role in aligning project goals with financial and operational standards while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Role Responsibilities
Log, track, and follow up on service requests using SAP to effectively dispatch refrigeration service mechanics, ensuring the timely completion of service calls and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and account managers, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on service status.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including purchase orders, invoices, work orders, service reports, and customer interactions.
Order and follow up on parts and materials from internal stakeholders to complete service repairs and maintenance work in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for mechanics and escalate issues or concerns to service managers accordingly.
Quoting parts orders, emergency repairs, and various services to customers.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Education: College Diploma in a relevant field.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Proficiency in SAP or similar service management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and parts (preferred).
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of purchasing and inventory management.
