- High school diploma or equivalent
- Based on the unit requirements, completion of the CCHMC provided Monitor Tech Class AND a passing score on written exam and competency demonstration
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Requires training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and maintenance of certification
- Completion of medical/surgical or equivalent clinical rotation OR Listed on Ohio STNA registry OR Ohio CNA; If CNA is in another state, must receive reciprocity within 180 days of hire OR Listed on Ohio Emergency Medical Services Registry
