Federal Work Study Student Worker: Student Worker, Financial Aid Assistant

Overview:

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is seeking students that are proficient in most Microsoft programs with the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment to assist the Financial Aid office with clerical duties. This position also requires interaction with students who contact the Office of Financial Aid via phone and in-person.

Essential Duties:

• Scan and copy documents
• Answer phone calls
• Work with excel spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have completed FAFSA for the current school year
• Must meet and continue to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Must be a United States citizen or eligible non-citizen
• Must demonstrate financial need

Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week

Hourly Pay: $14.00 per hour
