Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests’ needs and requirements.
• Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Good communication and ability to promote sales.
• Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.
• Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.
• Must handle guest complaints according to the policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work nights, weekends, holidays).
• Previous Service or Fine Dining Experience a plus
• Knowledge of Italian wines and classic cocktails.
• Familiarity with Italian or Spanish language a plus.
• Must be available full time.
