We are seeking an RFP & ContractSpecialist with Specialty Pharmacy experience in LakeMary!

MUST HAVEEXPERIENCE :

• ContractSpecialist needs to have technical writing experience with SOPsRFPs and coordinating RFPs.
• Contract ManagementTechnical Writer experience highly desired
• AStrong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy min 3years
• Experience working across specialtypharmacy and payer reporting managed care working with RFPs thatare going out to insurancecompanies

PositionSummary :

The RFP & ContractSpecialist role is responsible for coordinating RFP responses byleveraging information from our database of responses as well ascoordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) from all areas ofthe business applicable to both managed care and manufacturerpharmaceutical opportunities.

This position will also support thecontracting team in reviewing contracts and providing direction onredlines as outlined in the workinstruction.

EssentialFunctions :

The role of the RFP & ContractSpecialist Position will encompass but will not be limited to thefollowing activities :

• Responsible for trackingand managing proposal updates version control and archiving ofproposals.
• Responsible to maintain databaseresponses and ensure up to date andaccurate.
• Once an RFP has been approved by theGovernance Committee as a strategic opportunity the RFP&contract specialist will begin to populate responses from RFPresponse database
• Responsible for coordinatingadditional responses from appropriate SMEs across thebusiness
• Responsible for reviewing responsesto ensure response meets strategic objectives and for accuracycompleteness spelling and grammaticalerrors
• Responsible for coordinating reviewingand approving of RFP submission as outlined
• Partner with contracting team to reviewcontracts begin redlining and feedback process in accordance withwork instructionprocess

Qualifications :

• BachelorsDegree or equivalent work experience with 4 years of experienceresponding to salesrelated RFPs to external clients policydocumentation or Accreditation credentialing supporting sales
• Strong clear and concise verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Experience working withina sales organization with demonstrableresults
• Responsible for coordinating reviewingand approving of RFP submission as outlined
• Proofreading professional layout and minimalgraphic design skills a plus
• Healthcareindustry RFP tool and / or Technical experience aplus
• Ability to quickly and enthusiasticallyadjust to changing environment and easily integrate advances inTechnology and processes
• Advanced knowledge ofMS Office; specifically Word Outlook andPowerPoint
