CINQCARESummer Operations InternPosition DescriptionOverview We are seeking a talented and motivated MBA/MHA student to join our team for a summer internship in Strategy and Market Operations. The intern will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare startup and contribute to our mission of advancing health equity. Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Summer Operations Intern will have the following responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends
Develop and present strategic recommendations to the leadership team
Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects
Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Support the development of marketing and communication materials
General DutiesThe Summer Operations Intern will also have the following duties: Leadership
Define and execute strategies and solutions to create business value, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
Strategy
Establish the business strategy and roadmap to: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services.
Define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
Collaboration
Ensure that capabilities form a cohesive offering by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
Knowledge
Provide subject matter expertise in the solutions, including determining and recommending approaches, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
Culture

QualificationsThe Summer Operations Internshould have the following qualifications: EducationCurrently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on healthcare, health policy, or related field Experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Location: Chicago, IL (must be based in Chicago for the duration of the internship) may include travel across the state of IL Duration: 10-12 weeks (flexible start and end dates) Compensation: $17- $22 per hour
