The Charleston, West Virginia office of Cipriani & Werner is currently seeking a full-time General Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active license in good standing in West Virginia. Additional KY or VA bars are a plus. The candidate should have experience writing motions and be prepared to provide a writing sample. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
