Job Description:

Typical Day in the Role

· Purpose of the Team: Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

· Key projects: Security for xCloud Systems: Managing security for xCloud systems, including running security work, managing queries and deliverables, and potentially fixing related issues. This role involves a lot of PM work, such as running burn down charts and security work

Candidate Requirements

· Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

· Degrees or certifications required: degree is a preference for this role.

· Disqualifiers: Candidates with lack of project management, KUSTO experience and job hopping will not be eligible for the role.

· Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain Kusto query optimization for a variety of queries and automations. Power Platform (automations and apps) and Triaging/process improvement. Bonus points if this person is familiar enough with the ADO API and Power Platform to create something like a Wiki metadata scraper

· Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

1. Minimum 4 years experience with KUSTO ( Azure Data Explorer) query writing & optimization (proficient)

2. Minimum 4 years experience with Azure resource management incl Defender

· Optimization: making it faster, making it more dynamic/less hardcoding, etc.

· Power Platform automation optimization

· Azure subscription support – setting up defender/other requirements (e.g. Firewalls)

· Azure Logic Apps support (ICM Automation updates/expansions)

· Documentation support for extant processes and improving processes (documentation both in the sense of Word doc for technical review as well as user doc in .md on the wiki)

· Bonus points if this person is familiar enough with the ADO API and Power Platform to create something like a Wiki metadata scraper
