Required Skills :
Bachelor s degree preferred.
2 years of experience as a customer service representative or similar role
Ability to respond to customers via phone, email, or social media
Clear Communication Skills
Monitor email and dedicated phone line(s) to interact with EMIT System users needing technical support, guidance in system use, or troubleshooting assistance, work with the Department as directed to complete this task.
Observe data requirements, reporting compliances, and collates data for the program.
Oversee assigned projects timeline to ensure all deadlines are met as directed by the Department.
Any other task as directed by Department s DEPCS and work with the Department as directed to complete this task.
Develop any mandated and ad hoc reports as requested by the Department.
Work as directed by the Department s DEPCS Leadership Team.
