The Controller will manage the company's financial activities. This position will be responsible for ensuring the company's books are accurate and providing financial statements on a timely basis. The right candidate for this role will have international accounting experience with a proven history of streamlining processes.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee month end close (review accounts and JEs, generate timely and accurate consolidated financial reports), create/document accounting policies and procedures (maintain COA), A/P, A/R, cash management, compliance, etc.
• Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
• Responsible for all financial reporting and internal controls
• Work with outside vendors and tax advisors
• Completes monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting packages
• Ensure accuracy of company’s financial results and reports
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Consolidate financial reporting with company subsidiaries
• Streamline processes within NetSuite to automate financial functions

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-7 years’ experience in accounting required
• CPA preferred or CPA Qualified, preferred but not required
• Experience with NetSuite required
• Background in a start-up or M&A environment preferred
• International accounting experience
• Tech-savvy, proven ability to streamline processes
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office on a weekly basis
