**Sales Associate**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
This is a commission-only sales job.
**Duties:**
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Operate the point of sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales lot and office to enhance the shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math principles
