Circle House Coffee is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team in

Fort Lauderdale, FL! Barista Team Member - Up to $16/hr.

Hours per week: 15 - 40 hours per week must be available to work weekends

Store Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 8pm, Saturday 7am - 8pm and Sunday 7am - 7pm

Circle House Coffee Barista team members are always focused on delivering the best experience for our guests. We do this by welcoming each guest into the café or in the drive thru, engaging with them, preparing beverages and food according to recipe, and thanking our guests. By working at Circle House Coffee, you are committed to our guests.

Barista Team Member Job Responsibilities:

• Making and serving all beverages to standard
• Following recipes and workflows
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar
• Working quickly and multi-tasking
• Producing some beverage ingredients back-of-house
• Preparing and serving food items according to standard
• Food display case maintenance
• Rotating products according to best by date
• Welcoming our guests, taking orders and processing payment
• Taking drive thru orders using a headset
• Operating a point of sale with multiple open checks
• Keeping orders cued up and organized
• Modifying menu items if requested by a guest
• Routine cleaning throughout shift including workstations, small wares, condiment bars, seating areas, and bathrooms
• Basic preventative maintenance for equipment

A successful Circle House Coffee barista is continuously focused on improvement and never settles for less. You are responsible for doing your part to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Passing the probationary period (3-months) is largely contingent on your ability to consistently deliver the best experience for each guest.
