Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Medical Office/Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Flexibility in job responsibilities and a positive attitude are essential, as you will be assisting with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Assist with patient paperwork and data entry
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Support medical staff with various administrative tasks including potentially meeting and evaluating patients
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
Outstanding attitude and personality with excellent communication skills
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience is not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
