Job Summary:

We are seeking a Transfer Aid to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist caregivers in the smooth transfer of a client in their home. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in transferring clients to get them out of bed, to the bathroom, etc.
- Ensure a safe transfer.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transfers.
- Communicate effectively with caregiver staff to coordinate transfers efficiently.
- Provide support to patients during transfers to ensure their comfort and safety.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping purposes.

Skills:

- Must be able to lift minimum of 75 lbs.

Pay: $16.07 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
