As a Senior Manager at RBI, you will manage an engineering team that designs and implements robust data pipelines utilizing AWS. Solutions will span across brands and regions and handle millions of transactions per day. Working closely with your team's stakeholders, you will deliver solutions that meet dynamic business requirements and oversee the successful execution of multiple key projects.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the company's data infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand their data needs and ensure the data engineering solutions meet those requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies, best practices, and standards for data engineering, including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and data governance.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and availability
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the data engineering team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience (5-7 years) in data engineering roles, with a proven track record of leading and managing data engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and drive to mentor team members.

Preferred Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience with managing engineers.
• 3 years of professional experience with complex SQL queries.
• 2 years of professional experience with AWS.
