Circulating Air, Inc. is Hiring a Dispatcher Near North Hollywood, CA
- Communicate with customers (via email/phone) and create detailed work orders for services requested.
- Coordinate scheduling of work with customers, technicians and other projects to maximize customer satisfaction, while taking into account customer urgency, material/parts availability and manpower.
- Follow up with technicians via phone, text or email – Provide them with hourly and/or daily updates regarding schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the Service Department (i.e. Account Reps, Service Manager, Accounting, etc.)
- Scheduling service calls, quoted jobs, warranty work from inception to completion (i.e. ready to bill)
- Review technicians work orders and ensure accuracy including summary of work completed.
- Accurately review all previous days service calls/field visits and send updates to our customers, Service Manager or Account Representatives as needed.
- Continuous management of the dispatch board throughout the day. Review all open calls and dispatch accordingly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years dispatching experience with a service or maintenance company
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Geographical knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding areas or map reading skills
- Knowledge of HVAC industry a plus
- Experience with ServiceTrade a plus
- Bilingual preferred
