We are currently assisting our client, industry leader, with an Operations Manager search near Perrysburg, OH. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team with the key mission of ensuring a safe work environment, meeting customer quality expectations, delivering products on time, and effectively implementing and operating corporate and plant procedures within their manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business
- Strong working knowledge of the following subject areas: Materials, Process Engineering, Quality systems, Production Supervision, and Health & Safety
- Demonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve the efficiency and quality of the production process
- Evaluate company safety protocols and procedures
- Lead and build solid working relationships with the plant employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments required, fabrication preferred
