Job Description

• Oversees a front office leasing team and monitors performance.
• Oversees a maintenance department with maintenance supervisor.
• Conducts regular and frequent vacant apartment inspections.
• Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.
• Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
• Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
• Approves invoices for payments.
• Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Effectively manages maintenance technicians.
• Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.
• Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
• Financial reporting, budget preparation, variance reporting, accrual accounting, market surveys
• Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
• Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience 
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in LRO, Realpage, Knock (preferred)
• Ability to organize and problem-solve
• Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

Additional Information

Property: The Plaza at Sherman Oaks (392 units) and Villa Sofia (39 condos for lease)

Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 (salary) 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) and on call for after hours emergencies
