• Inspect community on daily basis.

• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed- make readies, work orders etc.

• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans

• Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff

• Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.

• Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.

• Keep in line with annual budget and track maintenance expenditures.

• Assist with the implementation of capital projects.

• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2) year(s)

• HVAC certification and MPO license required 

• Knowledge of different building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing etc.)

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Compensation based on experience ranges: $26.00 (Hourly) - $28.00 (Hourly)

(Soho Apartments - 64 Units) and (Trellis at Lake Highlands - 104 Units)

Schedule: Monday - Friday and some Saturdays ( 9am - 6pm)
