Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst with extensive experience in AWS IoT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT platforms, AWS services and components, and a deep understanding of IoT gateways, data communications, and interfaces, particularly within the manufacturing industry. Experience with the Telit IoT platform, especially in the packaging domain, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• IoT Platform Management: Manage and support IoT platforms, ensuring seamless integration and communication with various IoT gateways and devices.
• AWS Services and Components: Utilize AWS services and components to support IoT solutions, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.
• Data Communication and Interfaces: Oversee data communication protocols and interfaces, ensuring efficient data flow between IoT devices and backend systems.
• Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues related to IoT platforms and AWS services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement solutions and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IoT systems, architectures, and processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• AWS IoT Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS IoT services and components.
• IoT Platforms: Proven experience working on IoT platforms, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• Telit IoT Platform: Familiarity with the Telit IoT platform, preferably in the packaging domain.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IoT gateways, data communications, and interfaces.
• Experience: At least 12 years of relevant experience in a support analyst role.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Onsite Presence: Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, specifically the packaging sector.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS and IoT technologies.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and environments quickly.
