JOB SUMMARY

Maintain, setup, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with automated manufacturing equipment and improve uptime of equipment. Assist with training, operating, and helping operators and Supervisors understand equipment to reduce downtime and improve quality.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complies with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide mechanical and electrical technical support for manufacturing equipment and assist with setup of new equipment.
• Communicate with machine operators to troubleshoot issues and address their concerns.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, manuals, and written instructions to assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and calibrations of existing equipment.
• Utilize the facilities work order system to efficiently resolve and document issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, corrective action formulation, and root-cause investigation when necessary.
• Assist with training operators, techs, and other individuals about operating and troubleshooting equipment.
• Assist with performing system validations and trials.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Background in Maintenance or Industrial Technology, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of practical mechanical and/or electrical experience
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production setting a plus.
• Troubleshooting/maintenance skills.
• Great upbeat attitude who enjoys working with a strong technical team and capable of working individually as well.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift 10:45 pm - 7:00 am. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO WORK THIS SCHEDULE.
