Cissell Mueller Construction is Hiring a Project Executive Near St Peters, MO
15 years of demonstrated experience in managing the design and construction of projects from inception to completion.
Title and compensation will be based on the selected individuals' capability and experience.
Compensation includes salary, comprehensive benefit package and bonus based on personal and company performance.
NGFS and Cissell Mueller Construction are seeking a senior level executive that will manage the complete design and construction processes for program clients and projects. The position will function under and support the business of NGFS. The position will organizationally report to the CEO of Cissell Mueller Construction/President of NGFS. It will have accountability to the CEO of NGFS for management and execution for NGFS program clients, projects, and new business.
NGFS and Cissell Mueller Construction are affiliated companies that are managed and operated seamlessly with distinct functional focus. NGFS is a renewable energy infrastructure company with a 10- year company history doing fuels projects for hydrogen, compressed and liquid natural gas, EV charging and is expanding business in other renewable type project ventures. Cissell Mueller Construction is a general contracting company with a 30-year history that builds NGFS energy projects as well as projects in a wide range of industries including, retail, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, senior living, and general commercial buildings across the domestic United States.

Experience managing engineering and design firms from project inception through the design process to completion.
Broad knowledge and experience managing all trade disciplines and work divisions.
Experience and ability to manage client and company relationships at all levels.
Estimating, bidding, budgeting, scheduling and proposal development and management experience and responsibility.
Contract preparation administration and management experience.
Responsible for financial performance and accounting accuracy for clients and projects.
Have and eye and aptitude to develop and seek new project and business opportunities.
Professional Credentials and skill requirements:
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture from and accredited university.
Procore project management system knowledge and experience desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
15 years minimum experience in the building design/construction industry.
