Citadel is Hiring a Loan Servicing Suppt Spec Near Exton, PA

This position is primarily a support role in the Consumer Loan Division. This position will require the individual to work closely with the Indirect Audit Processing Funders and the Loan Servicing Representatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist as needed, in scanning and indexing all funded paper indirect loan packets.
  • Create and review for legibility, indirect smart fund document packets from documents uploaded into Lending 360. Will need to communicate with the Indirect Audit Processing Funding Specialist if documents are missing, or incorrect to get the issues corrected. Completed packets will be saved to the data storage warehouse.
  • When a business need arises assist the Indirect Audit Processing Funding Specialist with examining the accuracy and completeness of all loan documents received from participating dealerships including but not limited to: original credit applications, loan contracts, proper assignment and endorsement of the contracts, verification of a valid driver's license, verify the signatures and that all documents are signed correctly in the required places, the accuracy of numeric calculations on the contracts, verification of qualifying membership criteria, verification of the approval sheet versus the contract, review of the MV-1/MV-4 or title to verify Citadel was listed as the Lienholder, review of insurance documents, verification of the VIN number, verification of the collateral's value, and verification of income if requested by the loan officer.
  • Check processing
  • Process third party title releases daily.
  • Assist with responding and processing service events assigned to the different areas of the loan servicing team.
  • Open and process title mail received. Out of State paper titles that already have Citadel's lien should be recorded on the shipping manifest and sent to Dealertrack. Pennsylvania titles with Citadel's lien should be converted to electronic titles and filed at Corporate Headquarters.
  • Open the inter-office mail and distribute to appropriate employees.
  • Write the account numbers on the MV38L and POA's daily. Place a note in Dealertrack that both documents have been received. File at Corporate Headquarters.
  • Assist with member's Title Maintenance requests, as needed.
  • Quote payoffs on auto loans to members, auto dealers, or other financial institutions. Make sure you have obtained the proper authorization to release this information.
  • Scan insurance documents and upload to State National for account updates and verifications.
  • Assist with total loss follow up to ensure members are actively working on their claims to ensure all applicable refunds are applied to their auto loan balance.
  • Assistance in any other areas at the manager's discretion.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • One to two years of banking experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Microsoft Office
  • Lending 360 preferred
  • Understanding of Citadel's lending procedures and policies preferred
