Citadel Roofing and Solar is a company made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction home builders throughout Northern California. We are currently looking for a full-time Roofing Superintendent for our Re-Roof/HOA Division.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Schedule and supervise crews on multiple job sites and locations. 

· Schedule and supervise runners on multiple job sites and locations. 

· Coordinate, organize and visit projects.

· Speak with residential customers regarding the project and dry rot. 

· Inspect work to ensure compliance and quality workmanship. 

· Order, coordinate and monitor delivery of proper materials. 

· Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. 

· Train field staff, with an emphasis on employee development and safety assurance. 

· Maintain documentation of individual projects, identify variances, monitor budgets and implement corrective action. 

· Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment. 

· Ensure weekly tailgate training is being done and appropriate paperwork is being completed and turned in. 

· Coordinate inspections as needed. 

· Review and approve weekly payroll. 

· Additional duties as assigned. 

 
 
Position Requirements: 

· Minimum of 5 years residential roofing experience required. 

· Bilingual - English/Spanish. 

· Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 

· Prior supervisory experience required. 

· Prior project management and quality assurance experience is a plus. 

· Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision. 

· Demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking. 

· Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. 

· Must be detail oriented. 

· Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. 

· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. 

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical. 

· Travel within the bay area/ Sacramento is required. Occasional travel to Vacaville as well.
