Citadel Roofing and Solar is Hiring a Solar Project Coordinator (Retro) Near Sacramento, CA
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the project cycle for residential PV projects.
- Help coordinate the design process and permit submittal.
- Collaborate with the field teams in the installation progress.
- Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers in updating the project schedule.
- Make weekly contact with new customers.
- Complete customer monitoring and solar map and communicate with the customer on access.
- Create customer user manual and provide warranty docs, and installation and inspection. documentation to the customer at the close of each project.
1-3 years of solar related work and knowledge of solar and battery systems.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Required.Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.
Excellent Customer Service Skills Required.Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, etc.
